Aditi Ashok won twice on the Ladies European Tour in her debut season of 2016, with her maiden victory coming in her native Indian Open which made her front-page news.
Her most recent victory came in the Andalucia Open de Espana in November 2023 – where she edged out Anne van Dam – adding to the Magical Kenya Ladies Open title which she won by an impressive nine strokes in February.
Ashok came close to winning a medal for India at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021. Lying second after each of the opening three rounds, she produced a closing three-under-par 68 but needed a 67 to be in a play-off with Mone Inami and Lydia Ko for silver and bronze.
She twice represented her country in the Espirito Santo World Amateur Team Championships and won the British amateur stroke play title in 2015 before turning professional.
