South African amateur stroke play champion in 2018, it did not take Alexander long to taste victory after turning professional later that same season.

Two years later she had her first success on the Sunshine Tour, lifting the Investec Royal Swazi trophy, and in April 2021 she added the Joburg Open by one from compatriot Lee-Anne Pace, who went on to finish just ahead of her on their Order of Merit.

Three further wins on the Sunshine Tour have followed and Alexander booked her place at St Andrews for the 2024 AIG Women's Open by coming through Final Qualifying at Crail Golfing Society.
