Wu pulled off the biggest upset in Women’s Amateur Asia-Pacific history in February when, ranked 264th in the world, she completed a wire-to-wire victory at Siam Country Club’s Waterside Course.

After gaining three major starts in 2024 as a result, the 19-year-old enjoyed another magical moment at the Evian Championship, making a hole-in-one on the 5th in round one.
