One of the breakout stars of 2022, along with fellow Swede Linn Grant, Stark earned LPGA status with a win in the co-sanctioned ISPS Handa World Invitational in August.
The title was her fifth LET win, and her sixth professional victory in less than 12 months. As an added bonus she nearly followed it up with wins in her next LET and LPGA events.
The former Junior Solheim Cup player rose to sixth on the women’s amateur world rankings, which earned her an invitation to the 2020 US Women's Open, where she finished a brilliant joint-13th. In many years that would have given her low amateur honours, but American Kaitlyn Papp tied for ninth.
Stark had still to turn professional when she returned to the event in June 2021 and with a round to go shared ninth place before slipping back to 16th. She did, however, finish T9 as a pro at the US Women's Open in 2023.
She finished T41 in her debut at the AIG Women's Open in 2022 and T50 at Walton Heath in 2023.
Stark enjoyed her best performance in a major when she finished behind only Nelly Korda in the Chevron Championship in April 2024.
