Ryann O'Toole

Ryann O

Having graduated from UCLA with a degree in sociology, Ryann O'Toole turned professional in 2009 and the following year was one of the contestants in the reality television show “The Big Break”.

She finished sixth out of 11 there, but in 2011 made an unbeaten Solheim Cup debut as a captain’s pick after coming joint ninth on her first major appearance at the US Women's Open.

She had to wait seven years to better that, however, with a T6 place in the Amundi Evian Championship and until August 2021 for her maiden LPGA Tour success, which came in the co-sanctioned Trust Golf Scottish Open at Dumbarnie Links, with Lydia Ko and Jeeno Thitikul three strokes back in joint second.

O'Toole recorded her best finish in the AIG Women's Open (T21) at Walton Heath in 2023.
