So close to a first victory on the Ladies European Tour at the Centurion Club in St Albans in June 2022. Captain of Team Wikstrom at the Aramco Series-London, she went into a play-off against opposite number Nicole Garcia, but lost at the first extra hole.

The 44-year-old turned professional back in 2003 and has also had runner-up finishes at the 2008 Finnair Masters, 2009 French Open, 2012 Turkish Airlines Open and twice at the Dutch Open.

She represented Finland on golf’s return to the Olympic Games in 2016 and came through a play-off in Final Qualifying to book her place at the 2024 AIG Women's Open.
